Accounts Payable Officer | South Yarra | 3-4 Days Per Week | 2 Month Contract The Opportunity Our client, a fast-growing organisation based in South Yarra, needs an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for an immediate 2-month contract working 3-4 days per week. This is your chance to step into a busy, well-established AP function where you'll manage the full cycle—from invoice processing through to payment—while building strong supplier relationships and keeping financial operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Process invoices end-to-end: receipt, coding, approval, and payment Reconcile AP ledgers, credit cards, and supplier statements Handle supplier queries, resolve payment disputes, and maintain strong relationships Prepare reports on outstanding liabilities and payment activity Support month-end processes and audit preparation Work with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency What You Need Proven accounts payable or finance administration experience Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders MYOB experience highly regarded (or similar accounting software) Advanced Excel skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Available to start ASAP for 3-4 days per week over 2 months What's On Offer Immediate start available Flexible 3-4 day working week South Yarra location with great transport links and amenities Professional, supportive team environment Opportunity to make an impact quickly Ready to Apply?
